Ms. Joylyn Tan (English)

Ms. Joylyn has been studying in the United Kingdom and Switzerland for 6 years and is fluent as a native English speaker. She has four years of experience teaching in an all-English environment and has previously taught English courses at Nord Anglia International School. With over four years of experience, she has honed my skills in teaching Spanish and English grammar, speaking, reading, phonics and writing, as well as providing general primary school tutoring support for schoolwork. She ranks among the top three in all subjects, especially in mathematics and science and has won several competitions. As an experienced primary school tutor in Mathematics, I would like to provide self-made notes for Mathematics together with practice questions, mock examination and unlimited marking services. Irene Cheng earned bachelor of music studies degree from Hong Kong University with distinction in 2022, and she is now studying piano with the celebrated pedagogue Dr. Helen Cha. Under the music studies with Ms. Colleen Lee, Mr. Kinwai Sham, Ms. Ling Hui, Ms. Julie Kuok, Dr. Steven Ho and Ms. Joyce Chueng, she accomplished her major and minor studies in piano performance and jazz music respectively. She is a first-class honored undergraduate from the Education University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Music in Education (Honors) (Contemporary Music and Performance Pedagogy) Programme in 2021, and received the president’s list. She is currently studying Masters of Arts in Music in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, major in piano, with the guidance of the famous Hong Kong pianist Ms. Nancy Loo. Tailor made courses according to the ability and goals of each student, focusing on raising student’s interest in learning music through any music they love, like classical, jazz, movie songs, pop music or even Disney music and nursery rhymes for kids.

Ms. Boov Yian Wee (Music、Piano、Instrument)

As a graduated student from University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Boov Yian Wee has years of teaching experience (mainly in music, piano, Chinese Instrument GuZheng, Music Theory, mathematics, English, Mandarin, business applications and professional accountancy; local and overseas students from the 3-50 range) in individual and group. She is deeply interested in teaching, sharing and spreading joyful learning to my students. She prefers to have customized teaching methods for each student, aiming to understand students' needs and fulfilling their goals while enhancing their skills and knowledge with fun learning experiences. She had started my music study during young age and continue to discover Chinese traditional instrument GuZheng and Accordion, had received numerous awards and had great experiences in performances, including music enrichment activities in local community, exchange program and concerts at Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Beijing and the United States. During my study years in the United States, she was often invited to campus for performances throughout, for example, the International Day and shuttle interactive exchange of summit and other Chinese Embassy Consular solo.

Ms. Haiqing Wu (Music、Chinese Dance、Free-diving)

Ms. Haiqing Wu is a graduate of Renmin University of China, with an exchange year at the University of Helsinki in Finland, and a master’s degree from Hong Kong University. She demonstrated patience and an outgoing, cheerful personality, and she possesses various talents. She attended primary school in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, went to a key middle school in Zhongshan for my first year of middle school, and moved to study in Macau from the second year onward. She has achieved outstanding results in various fields, including, Champion of the National College Student Commentary Contest, Champion of the On-Site Writing Contest for Macau Middle School Students, Skilled in various essay writing competitions and Regularly published prose and literary works in the Macau Daily. She holds a Montessori teaching certificate for ages 0-3 and has taught children piano and Chinese dance. Additionally, she has a 2-star free-diving qualification. These experiences enable her to guide students with patience and creativity.

Mr. Yaqi Qiu

Her 19 years of full-time & part-time primary school tutor experience and her degree in Journalism and Communications in the Chinese University of Hong Kong not only equipped me with excellent teaching, communication and language skills, but also shaped her to be an all-rounded person. She has solid experience in teaching both local and overseas students at different levels (primary, secondary and international schools). She specializes in teaching language, Mathematics, Science and General Education.
